WHAT ARE THE SERVICES OF THE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER?
* Regular follow-up and treatment of the diseases of psychotic patients
* Providing drug and health board reports
* Providing support in the follow-up and treatment of physical diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, etc.)
* Training of patients and relatives (symptoms and course of the disease, drug treatment, side effects support programs, etc.)
* Home visits are intended when necessary.
- WHAT ARE TRSM REHABITILATION STUDIES AND OBJECTIVES?
* Reducing the frequency of hospitalization with the medical treatment and follow-up of psychotic illness.
* To reintegrate patients into society by improving their occupational, social and familial functionality with individual counseling services.
* Increasing the productivity of patients with work and occupational therapies (hobby kitchen, hobby garden, handicraft workshop, painting workshop, etc.)
* Ensuring that patients are able to manage themselves and live independently
* Social activities, music activities, sports activities, lunch services are offered free of charge.

* Patients with persistent mental illness and receiving treatment (diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychotic disorder)
* Patients whose treatment is completed in the hospital and who are eligible to receive service from TRSM
* Patients brought in by themselves or their families
* Patients identified during home visits based on past hospital records
* Eligible patients identified by physicians during their polyclinics
* After evaluation by the relevant psychiatry specialist in the TRSM outpatient clinic of the hospital
