Patients with advanced stage organ failure (heart, lung, etc.)
Those who have had an accident and have limited mobility
Advanced muscle patients with limited range of motion
Individuals with neurological diseases (ALS, SVO, etc.) who cannot leave their homes,
Those with postoperative limitation of movement
How do I apply?
Provincial coordination by the patient, patient relatives, other persons or institutions by calling the phone line with the number '' 444 3 833 '' or by filling in the "Home Health Service Application Form" in Annex-3 or through TSM / Family Medicine Units (AHB). made to the centre.
Applications are followed through the system of the coordination center, and the patient/patient relative is called within a few days by ensuring team coordination, and our visit is made within working hours with an appointment.
Our services
Home Doctor Examination: As a result of the general medical examination performed by our home health team and our doctor, the prescriptions of the patients are written and the necessary reports (food, diapers, etc.) are issued.

Nursing Services:
It implements nursing interventions such as bloodletting, injection, dressing, probe care for the needs of our patients.
Laboratory Services:
All kinds of blood and urine tests of our patients are taken by home health services teams and studied in the laboratories of our hospital and results are given as soon as possible.
Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Services: Physiotherapy services are provided in sessions accompanied by physiotherapists who are experts in their fields.
Psychological Support Services: Psychological support services are provided according to the needs of our patients, accompanied by psychologists who are experts in their fields.
Medical Devices and Materials:
Provided for the use of patients for the supply of medical devices and materials and for embezzlement.
Training of Patients and Relatives:
Training is provided on the practices within the scope of home health services, on subjects that will increase the quality of life of patients and facilitate their care.
*** Except for the current situation of patients receiving home health services, newly formed emergencies are not within the scope of home health services. In emergencies, it is recommended to apply to the 112 Provincial Ambulance Service or directly to the emergency services of health institutions.
